About Me
I knew I wanted to be a teacher from the time I was in the 3rd Grade. I graduated from Concordia-St. Paul, MN in 1977 and spent the first year of my teaching career with 4th Grade students. Since then I have taught ECE-graduate students in education at private and public institutions of education. I have a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an AbD in Curriculum and Instruction. I have a passion for school improvement and have a talent for helping schools and/or educational professionals address institutional and/or personal turning points so they are not stymied by change. Besides developing my business as an education consultant, I continue to substitute teach in K-12 public and private schools in OR and WA and am part-time faculty at Concordia University-Portland.
