Example: Mary was in charge of planning professional development for approximately 350 ECE-12th Grade teachers & administrators from 2006-2014. It is rewarding for Mary to see participants actively engaged, reflect, grow professionally and leave a workshop with something they can use in their profession and/or their personal life immediately.
